This is the first drawing with light that I have created using a 8mm fisheye lense. The fisheye lense allows a greater depth of field to work in, and also gives increased contrast in the intensity of the line drawn by the light. Because the drawing is created in the air, and not on a flat surface, the three dimensional drawing can be described as a sculpture. Pro-Optic 8mm fisheye aspherical lense, combined with Nikon D700 DSLR camera, mounted on a Manfroto tripod. Exposure: f22 at 10 seconds. The same procedure and photographic equipment was used for the photograph below.
